We are located in Bethany Village - 15280 NW Central Dr., Suite 103. We share a building with Bethany Chiropractic, Bethany Spa and Mathnasium. Our entrance is on the bottom floor, facing 158th. There is free parking on the street, or in the lot next to the building.
